Change in Facilities Dept. Policy

The Facilities department has informed us that they are no longer allowing the staff lounge to be closed for the exclusive use of individuals and groups. The staff lounge remains available for us to us for our client-partners, it just won't be available for our exclusive use during building operation hours. That means AAO staff will have access to the lounge during an event that we may have scheduled (for a board of trustees reception for instance). Let Tim know if you have any questions.
